The City of Kokemäki wants to hear your opinion on the implementation of equality and non-discrimination in the city’s services. We have prepared a questionnaire to collect residents’ experiences and views on the implementation of equality and equal opportunities, as well as experiences of discrimination and other inappropriate treatment.
Why is it important to answer the survey?
The results of the survey will be highly relevant as we update the city’s Equality and Non-Discrimination Plan during 2024. The responses received will help us identify areas for improvement and improve the services we offer to our citizens.

Here’s how you can answer the survey:
- Answer the online survey by Wednesday 31 August 2024 at 23.59 from this link. It will take you about 2-4 minutes to answer.
- Alternatively, you can fill in a paper questionnaire in Kokemäen libraries during their opening hours until Wednesday 31.8.2024.
Confidentiality and anonymity of the survey:
The questionnaire will be answered anonymously and is confidential. Your answers will be handled in a way that they cannot be linked to a specific person.
Prize draw:
After answering the survey, you can also participate in the prize draw for Kokemäki products package by leaving your contact details on a separate form at the end of the survey. If you answer with a paper form, there is a separate prize draw coupon next to the survey. The winners will be contacted by text message in early September.
